Great day pass at good prices and very quickly. If you drive past on the A9 at lunchtime, you should definitely stop.

Too little food at too high prices. But the service is very nice :)

Highly recommended, we have been to lunch twice now and we loved the food and the service. Special thanks to the team because my wife left her jacket and you sent it to us by post. If we didn't live over 200km away, we would be there every week. ? Keep it up.

We went to the Sud pan on August 29th, 2020, we had: Starter: scrambled chanterelles on toasted farmer's bread with a small salad Main course: Colorful fillet pan / cream mushrooms / mozzarella / colorful vegetables / homemade spaetzle Dessert: Blueberry pancakes with two kinds of sauces and ice cream Starter and dessert were ok you can give it 4 stars, the main course was only worth one star: The meat was dry, the mozzarella could not be seen and the spaetzle was swimming in the fat, the only thing that was big was the price and the portion, by fine dining I mean something else. That was really disappointing.

Were with you today. It was the first time with our 1 1/2 year old son and it was very nice you had a good feeling from the start. It was great food and a pleasant atmosphere. The outside area also invites you to come back.

Absolutely not suitable for vegans. I found it shocking that I asked the waiter for a vegan alternative and was referred to the vegetarian option several times (!!) - the people in the restaurant actually didn't know that there was a difference. I find that very shocking and ignorant as part of the gastronomy these days. At the prices of the restaurant you could at least expect competence in the topic of food and additives and possibly also interest in supporting the food culture free of animal suffering :( too bad, even if the vegetarian dish was ok, I will avoid this restaurant in the future.

Very good restaurant with rustic cozy atmosphere. The changing lunch menu is a palate game. Always delicious by top quality and freshness. The beer is very tasty and special. We love to come here.

We were traveling from Munich by car and were hungry but didn’t want aurostop food we wanted a real meal. We got off A9 in Bayreuth and happened on this restaurant. Easily this was one of the best meals I have had in a long time and best in Germany for sure. My steak was prepared perfectly and the fish was excellent. The staff was very cordial and gave great service. I would stop there again and recommend to others making the journey to keep it in mind for the trip between the cities.

Who does not have much time and still wants to eat very well, should treat himself to a daily special from the weekly menu. And at the price of 5,80 € no one can complain or make something wrong. Even with the friendliness of the staff and the ambience of the rooms there is nothing to complain about. If you value good food, you should come by and treat yourself.

Nice beer garden under shady trees with friendly staff. The dish of the day is also a recommendation for a quick lunch. Parking is also available in front of the restaurant and beer garden.

The best german food I had in last 5 years..... It was simply good cooking..... This place really should be on the Michelin list.... And it is for the last 6 yeras
